Service cancellation:
If at any time you no longer need your website, you may simply stop paying the monthly fee. The service will be suspended, and you will no longer have access to or the right to use the website and domain. There are no additional charges for service interruption.
Domain ownership:
If you wish to cancel service but keep your domain name, you must notify us before cancellation. You may request a domain transfer to another provider. A $29 domain release fee applies to transfer the domain out of our system.
Website platform & usage rights:
Your website is built using our proprietary website builder and cannot be transferred to another provider. Your business is granted the right to use the website and domain as long as your monthly plan remains active. This usage right is renewed monthly upon payment, and the website must remain hosted with Attract.Click – New Media Group, Inc.
Plan flexibility:
You may upgrade, downgrade, add, or cancel add-on services at any time.
Hosting-only option after 12 months:
After 12 months of service, you may downgrade to a hosting-only plan for $20/month. This includes continued use of your website, domain, hosting, SSL, and ongoing platform updates. All other services—such as local listings, local SEO, and paid advertising—will be discontinued.
